この度、ホテル館内の電気設備法定点検の実施に伴い、下記時間帯において電源を遮断し、昼間一時的に全館停電状態となります。

お客様には大変ご不便をおかけしますが、何卒ご理解のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。

（7月4日（土）以前から連泊のお客様が対象となります。）

※実施時間は前後する場合がございます。

【停電箇所】

ホテルトラッド博多　全館

【客室内設備】

　・給水・給湯（トイレ、シャワー含むすべて）はご利用いただけません。

・照明、テレビ、エアコン、コンセント、電話、冷蔵庫など電気設備は上記時間帯

ご利用いただけません。

・インターネット接続（有線LAN、無線LAN）はご利用いただけません。

※パソコンなどの電子機器

コンセントをご利用の場合はデータ破損の恐れがございますので、停電開始前に一時ご利用を中断し、電源コードを抜いていただきますようお願い申しあげます。

【館内施設】

　・客室階廊下は誘導灯、ロビーなどのスペースの非常灯が点灯いたします。

・エレベーターは一時的に停止いたします。

※当日チェックアウトのお客様の延長は承りかねます。（チェックアウト時間：AM11:00）

・外線電話、メール等のお問い合わせに関してはご対応できません。

・コインランドリー、自動販売機、製氷機はご利用いただけません。

・立体駐車場　12:00P.M.～15:00P.M の間、一時停止させていただきます。

Please be informed that due to a legally required inspection of the hotel’s electrical facilities, power to the entire building will be temporarily shut down during the following hours, resulting in a temporary daytime blackout throughout the hotel.

*Please note that the inspection schedule may vary slightly.

【Affected Area】
Entire Hotel Trad Hakata building

【Guest Room Facilities】

• Water supply and hot water services (including toilets and showers) will not be available.
• Electrical facilities such as lighting, televisions, air conditioners, power outlets, telephones, and refrigerators will not be available during the above hours.
• Internet access (wired LAN and Wi-Fi) will not be available.

*Guests using electronic devices such as computers are advised to stop using them before the power outage begins and unplug all power cords to avoid possible data loss or damage.

【Hotel Facilities】

• Emergency lights will remain on in guest room corridors, the lobby, and other common areas.
• Elevators will be temporarily out of service.

*Please note that late check-out requests cannot be accommodated on the day of the inspection.
(Check-out time: 11:00 A.M.)

• We will be unable to respond to inquiries via external telephone calls or email during the outage.
• The coin laundry, vending machines, and ice machine will not be available.
• The mechanical parking garage will be temporarily unavailable from 12:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.
