ABOUT RESERVATION AND STAY

Can I confirm the reservation details?

Please verify reservations made through various reservation sites or travel agencies on your own. For reservations made over the phone, kindly confirm directly with the hotel.

Can I change or cancel the reservation?

Regarding reservations made through various booking sites or travel agencies, we kindly request that you handle any changes or cancellations personally. For reservations made over the phone, we appreciate it if you could reach out directly to the hotel.

When does the cancellation fee apply?

In accordance with our hotel's accommodation agreement, the following cancellation fees are applicable:
3 days prior: 30%
The day before: 50%
The same day: 80%
No-show: 100%
Please note that conditions may vary based on the reservation method or plan at the time of booking. For group reservations, separate cancellation regulations will apply.

Are there rooms with separate bath and toilet facilities?

Twin rooms, Superior Twin rooms, and Deluxe rooms are equipped with separate bath and toilet facilities.

Are there barrier-free rooms available?

We have one room designated as a barrier-free room. It can accommodate up to three guests (2 beds + extra bed). Reservations for the "Universal Design Room"(barrier-free room) are accepted through the official website and some booking sites.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that conditions may vary based on the reservation method or plan at the time of booking, and they will be in accordance with the conditions mentioned during the reservation procedure.

Is early check-in, check-in after midnight, or extending the check-out time possible?

◆ Early Check-in ◆
Early check-in before 3:00 PM is possible if the room is available after 12:00 PM on the same day. An additional fee will be charged:
・Check-in at 2:00 PM: ¥2,200
・Check-in at 1:00 PM: ¥3,300
・Check-in at 12:00 PM: ¥4,400

◆ Late-night Check-in (After 12:00 AM) ◆
Check-in is possible after 12:00 AM, but for security reasons, the entrance will be locked. Please contact us in advance.

◆ Extension of Check-out Time ◆
After 11:00 AM, additional charges will be applied based on your departure time.
Until 12:00 PM: ¥2,200
Until 1:00 PM: ¥3,300
Extensions beyond 1:00 PM are subject to availability on the same day. Please inquire about the fees at the front desk.

Is it possible to specify details for the room (floor, room number, etc.)?

In order to ensure fairness, we do not accept advance requests for specific details. If you make a request during check-in on the day of arrival, we will do our best to accommodate it based on availability.

If I reserve two or more rooms, can they be next to each other?

We would gladly accommodate your request, but please be aware that we may not always be able to fulfill it based on the availability of rooms on the day of check-in. Additionally, depending on the room type, adjacent rooms may not be possible. In such cases, we will try to prepare rooms close to each other. Thank you for your understanding.

ABOUT PAYMENT

Is it possible to pay by credit cards?

Yes, it is possible. We accept credit card payments.

Is it possible for someone other than the guest to make the payment?

Yes, it is possible. Please make the payment by visiting before the check-in date or via bank transfer.

Is it possible to issue or reissue a receipt?

Yes, it is possible. However, this is limited to settlements made at the hotel. Please issue receipts for online payments by yourself.

ABOUT LUGGAGE AND DELIVERY

Is it possible to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out?

Yes, both are possible on the same day, and we offer this service free of charge. If you wish to utilize this service, please inform the front desk staff.
・Please note that these items, such as fragile items, valuables, and perishables, that we may not be able to handle.

Can I have a courier delivery received before check-in or during my stay?

Yes, it is possible.
Please send the package with the following details clearly stated on the shipping label and payments should be already done (only pre-paid is accepted)
・Note that we may be unable to accept packages if there is a discrepancy in the guest's name or if it is a refrigerated delivery.
・Guest's Name (in English with full-named)
・Date of Check-in

Is it possible to receive packages with "payment on delivery" or "cash on delivery"?

We do not accept packages with "payment on delivery" or "cash on delivery" options only pre-paid delivery is accepted.

Can the luggage we left or the delivered courier be brought into our room?

The luggage we hold or couriers received will be handed over to you at the front desk. Delivery to your room in advance is not available.

ABOUT USING OUR SERVICES WITH CHILDREN

Until what age is infant-parent bed sharing (co-sleeping) allowed?

For preschool-age children (Under 6 years old. = For kindergarten children), co-sleeping is free of charge, with one child per bed allowed at no cost. For elementary school-aged children and older, the same fee as adults will apply.

Are there amenities available for children?

We have amenities for children available at the front desk. Please feel free to ask for them.

Is it possible to rent bed guards or baby beds?

We do provide them, but advance reservation by the day before is necessary.
・Availability is limited.
・We will be unable to accommodate requests on the day of check-in.

ABOUT BREAKFAST

Could you tell me about the breakfast time, prices, and menu.

Our breakfast is served at the 1st floor from 6:30 am to 10:00am (last entry at 9:30am).
There are two types of menus available.
① You can choose main dish from 3 types of menus with buffet 2,200 yen (tax included)
②Buffet only 1,650 yen (tax included)

Can you please provide the breakfast fee for preschool-age children (Under 6 years old. = For kindergarten children) co-sleeping?

Breakfast is complimentary for one child per paying adult (elementary school age and above).

Is it possible to make a reservation for breakfast?

Yes, it is possible. We also accept additional requests for breakfast during check-in, so please feel free to let us know.

Is it possible to bring in or take out food?

Bringing in or taking out any foods and beverages is strictly prohibited.

Is allergy accommodation(allergy friendly) possible?

We will do our best to accommodate allergies to the best of our ability. Please let us know in advance for more details.

Are baby food or children's dishes available?

We do not provide baby food, but we have dishes specifically for children. Please feel free to ask our staff for assistance.

Is it possible to have breakfast even without staying overnight?

Yes, it is possible. However, we may be unable to prepare breakfast for you depending on the availability on the day you wish to have breakfast.

ABOUT HOTEL SERVICE

Is internet access available in the hotel and rooms?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, and both free Wi-Fi and wired LAN are available in guest rooms. We will lend LAN cables if you need, please ask the front desk (only limited quantity).

What amenities and rental items are available in the guest rooms?

Refrigerator, mirror, hairdryer, electric kettle, humidifier with air purifier, charging cable, air freshener , hangers, notepad, tissue, safe,bath towel, face towel, bath mat, pajamas, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap,free mineral water, toothbrush set, body towel, comb, razor, cotton swabs, and slippers are provided.

◆ Rental Items ◆
Clothing steamer (iron), desk lamp, LAN cable, extension cord, blanket, umbrella, and trouser presser (available in each floor's elevator hall). Please note that the availability of rental items is limited.

Can I watch DVDs or use YouTube on the in-room TV?

Unfortunately, that feature is not available. Also, please refrain from connecting external devices, as it may cause malfunctions.

Are there coin-operated laundry facilities or cleaning services available?

Yes, we have both.
・The coin-operated laundry is available 24 hours a day.
・Cleaning services are available from Monday to Saturday.
If you drop off your items at the front desk by 10:00 AM, they will be ready for pickup in the evening on the same day.

Are there vending machines, ice makers, and microwaves available?

Yes, we have vending machines, ice makers, and microwaves available for your convenience.

Is food delivery possible?

Yes, it is possible. However, please note that the handover of the items is limited to the 1st-floor lobby. Also, the front desk cannot accept deliveries on your behalf.

Is there a communal bath (large public bath)?

We do not have a communal bath.

Is there a smoking area

Yes, we have a smoking area on the 1st floor. (All guest rooms are non-smoking)

Is currency exchange possible?

Currency exchange is possible at the payment machine on the 1st floor. However, we do not provide foreign currency exchange services.

Are there any surprises for birthdays or anniversaries?

We offer towel art (free of charge) and can arrange for a cake (at an additional cost). Towel art requests should be made by the day before the desired date, and cake order must be made at least 3 days in advance. Please inquire via email.

Is it possible to make reservations at nearby restaurants through the hotel?

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with reservations. Please make reservations directly on your own.

ABOUT PARKING, ACCESS AND SHUTTLE BUS

Can I make a reservation for the parking lot, and what are the charges?

We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so we do not accept advance reservations for parking. The hotel offers a maximum capacity, 40-space, automated multilevel parking facility on-site, and it is available for use JPY1,500 per night (from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the next day).
Please note the following: ・Check-in day parking is accepted until 10:00 PM.
・Due to the automated system, there are height restrictions.
・Payment is settled with the parking staff upon entry (cash only).
・If the parking lot is full, please consider using nearby coin parking facilities (at your own cost, not affiliated with the hotel).

Can you provide information on access from Hakata Station and Fukuoka Airport?

Can anyone use the shuttle bus?

The shuttle bus is available for all guests on the check-in day, during the stay, and on the check-out day. The service operates every day from 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM with a total of 12 trips from the hotel to Hakata Station (Hakata Exit). Please refer to the timetable for details. Can the shuttle bus pick me up?

The shuttle bus operates only for transporting guests from the hotel to Hakata Station. For arriving at or departing from the hotel, please use public transportation or other means.

Is there a taxi stand at the hotel?

While there is no permanent taxi stand, please inform the front desk if you need a taxi. Please note that taxi availability is subject to the taxi company's schedule and may not always align with your request.
